Achievements: When I commenced in 1987 HOSBIL was a system that was very unpopular, it had over 200 outstanding requests for work and error correction. When I left to work at SWSAHS HOSBIL was popular with majority of users  across the state, had been significantly enhanced to meet current needs for patient billing, had been installed in majority of medium to large NSW hospitals , had been interfaced to laboratory systems, had few outstanding work requests.
